2 Years Limited Warranty
The Hunter Douglas warranty is an expression of our desire to provide a thoroughly satisfying experience when selecting, purchasing and living with your window fashion products. If you are not satisfied, simply contact us at 03-5191 2020. In support of this policy of customer satisfaction, we offer our warranty as describe below.
Covered
• 5 years warranty for motor for malfunction under normal usage according to product design.
• 2 years warranty for defects in materials, workmanship from the date of invoice.
• 2 years warranty for all internal mechanism, components and brackets from the date of invoice.
• Repairs and/or replacements will be made with like or similar products.
• Parts, labour and transportation for the 1st year. Parts only for subsequent 2nd year.
Not Covered
• Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear.
• Exceeded size limitation.
• Abuse, accidents, misuse or alterations to the product.
• Exposure to elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture) and discolouration over time are considered as normal wear and tear.
• Failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, proper installation, cleaning or maintenance.
• Shipping charges, cost of removal and reinstallation.
• Transportation and labour cost for 2nd year onwards.
